Frank Bayer has over thirty years of multi-line claims adjusting and investigative experience in both management and the field having worked for several carriers and as an independent adjuster, private investigator and police officer. Frank has held executive positions as Vice President of Claims, Catastrophe Manager as well as Executive General Adjuster. Frank holds a Post-MBA Certificate in Strategic Leadership from Saint Joseph's University, an MBA in Finance & Management from Southern Illinois University and a BA in Political Science from Rutgers University. Frank also has the Registered Professional Adjuster (RPA), Certified General Adjuster (CGA) and Certified Flood General Adjuster (CFGA) professional designations. Frank holds a Certificate from the Burlington County NJ Fire Academy in Advanced Fire Cause and Origin Investigation. Frank is retired from the United States Navy Reserve after 25 years of service that included sea service and postings overseas in Europe, Central America, South America and service with the surface fleet, submarine forces and the Seabees. Frank was twice awarded the the Navy and Marine Corp Meritorious Service Medal by the Secretary of the Navy.  Frank has Multiple Line Claims experience including Property, General Liability, Auto, Marine and Workers Compensation in Residential and Commercial Insurance areas of coverage as well as TPA Management and oversight, claims quality reviews and audits.  Frank has experience and expertise in handling specialty claims involving niche and boutique businesses and enterprises including power generation facilities, fine art and museum losses, camps, amusement parks, golf courses, schools and public entities.
